## Problem K8s certificate create, update, renew, and delete endpoints only persist `K8sCertVO` records in Studio. They do not call a Kubernetes API or cert-manager, but the UI presents successful certificate lifecycle operations as if they changed the target cluster. ## Scope Until a Kubernetes/cert-manager provider exists: - make the certificate page observational; - remove or disable mutation actions that imply a live cluster change; - retain read-only certificate visibility and focused regression coverage. ## Track Track 1 / ARCH-01 cluster operations. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
