## Bug Instance create and update rely on asynchronous React `submitting` state. Rapid duplicate modal confirmations can enter the handlers before the button rerenders and send the same create/update mutation twice. ## Expected behavior Serialize instance modal mutations with an immediate ref guard while preserving existing loading feedback and validation behavior. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
