Closing per maintainer decision: the dashboard caching approach (TtlCache + parallel executor) is not adopted — dashboard data freshness matters and the N+1 problem is addressed by #1677 (real pagination for consumer diagnostics) and #1683 (per-master-broker counting) instead, which this PR also conflicts with. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
