TencentCatalogService has a hardcoded SUPPORTED_REGIONS list with only 10 regions. Tencent Cloud RocketMQ 5.x (Trocket) is available in more regions including ap-mumbai, ap-seoul, ap-bangkok, ap-jakarta, eu-frankfurt, na-ashburn, na-toronto, ap-shanghai-fsi, ap-shenzhen-fsi. Users in these regions cannot create Tencent Cloud instances.
