## Problem Topic and producer-group suggestion responses are used without trimming, blank filtering, or deduplication. Minor backend data inconsistencies become duplicate or empty selector entries. ## Expected behavior Normalize suggestion strings at the API boundary; sort topics alphabetically while preserving backend relevance order for producer groups. ## Verification Extend producer API tests with padded, blank, and duplicate suggestions. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
