Thanks for the detailed report. I reviewed the current `develop` path and would be interested in working on this if you are not already preparing the PR. I would keep the initial fix focused on propagating `ChannelFuture.cause()` through `requestFail`, preserving the cause-before-completion ordering, improving the write/oneway failure logging, and adding deterministic regression coverage in `NettyRemotingClientTest`.
