### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `DeleteConsumerGroupDTO`, the
payload of the consumer group delete endpoint.
The DTO requires a `name` and keeps `instanceId` optional. The tests cover
the required name and the optional instance routing field.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/instance/group/DeleteConsumerGroupDTOTest.java`
- `acceptsCompletePayload`: group name plus instance id passes.
- `rejectsMissingName` / `rejectsBlankName`: null or blank name yields
`name is required`.
- `instanceIdRemainsOptional`: an id-less payload validates cleanly.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=DeleteConsumerGroupDTOTest` passes (4 tests, all
green).
