### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `DeleteTopicDTO`, the payload
of the topic delete endpoint.
The DTO requires a non-blank topic `name` and keeps `instanceId` optional.
The tests cover the required-name rule and the optional routing field.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/instance/topic/DeleteTopicDTOTest.java`
- `acceptsCompletePayload`: topic name plus instance id passes.
- `rejectsMissingName` / `rejectsBlankName`: null or blank name yields the
`name is required` violation.
- `instanceIdRemainsOptional`: an id-less payload validates cleanly.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=DeleteTopicDTOTest` passes (4 tests, all green).
