### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `MetricAvailability`, the
metric availability vocabulary used by native alert evaluation results.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/cluster/metrics/MetricAvailabilityTest.java`
- `exposesAllAvailabilityStates`: AVAILABLE/UNAVAILABLE/UNSUPPORTED/STALE
exist.
- `enumNamesUseUpperSnakeCase`: names stay upper snake-case.
- `namesRoundTripThroughValueOf`: every constant round-trips.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=MetricAvailabilityTest` passes (3 tests, all green).
