### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `SystemAlertQuery`, the record
carrying the paged alert-event feed filters.
The record exposes a convenience constructor that leaves the
notification-suppression filter unset. The tests pin the full filter shape, the
convenience default and record equality.

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/ops/alert/SystemAlertQueryTest.java`
- `exposesAllRecordComponents`: every filter field surfaces.
- `convenienceConstructorDefaultsNotificationSuppressionToNull`: the short
constructor leaves suppression and instance filters unset.
- `equalityFollowsRecordComponents`: record equality and hash behaviour.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=SystemAlertQueryTest` passes (3 tests, all green).
