### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `RmqAlertNotificationOutbox`,
the persisted delivery row behind `rmq_alert_notification_outbox`.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/persistence/entity/RmqAlertNotificationOutboxTest.java`
- `freshEntityCarriesNullFields`: untouched row defaults to nulls.
- `settersRoundTripEveryField`: channel, status, retry count, claim token
and timestamps round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=RmqAlertNotificationOutboxTest` passes (2 tests, all
green).
