### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `BrokerConfigDiffVO`, the
broker config drift report with its nested sections.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/cluster/config/BrokerConfigDiffVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeEmptyDiff`: completeness/drift flags false,
counts zero.
- `allArgsCarryDiffWithNestedSections`: outer drift state plus nested
broker/change rows round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=BrokerConfigDiffVOTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
