### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `AlertRuleTestResultVO`, the
native alert rule test result with its sample rows.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/ops/alert/AlertRuleTestResultVOTest.java`
- `exposesSampleSections`: samples with labels, value and condition flag
surface.
- `nullSampleValueStaysAbsent`: unavailable samples keep their null value
semantics.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=AlertRuleTestResultVOTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
