Recording resolution status for traceability (this issue was auto-closed by the stale bot). Partially resolved by #2674, merged into `rocketmq-studio` as c2bd8d16: - `web/src/components/MessageQueryHistoryDrawer.tsx` — labels, validation messages, notifications and empty/error text moved to translation keys; 0 hard-coded Chinese strings remain. - `web/src/pages/instance/index.tsx` — same; 0 hard-coded Chinese strings remain. - English-mode regression coverage added in `MessageQueryHistoryDrawer.test.tsx` and `InstancePage.test.tsx`. Still outstanding: the third surface named in the evidence, `web/src/pages/cluster/certs.tsx`, was deliberately dropped from #2674 during rework to keep that PR scoped to the two surfaces above. It still renders hard-coded Chinese in English mode. That gap is intentionally left open pending a separate decision on whether the K8s certificate surface stays in this console at all — #3130 (merged as 6df87144) already removed the certificate renewal API as out of scope, following #2991. If the certificate page is retired, this remaining item disappears with it; if it is kept, it needs its own i18n PR.
