Addressed the requested changes in `75ffe130` after rebasing onto
`rocketmq-studio@7ce9a682`:
1. Rebase conflicts were resolved by retaining #4496's `MESSAGE_SEND`
imports, implementations,
capabilities, and tests alongside `DIRECT_MESSAGE_CONSUME`.
2. Tencent now returns `REQUEST_ACCEPTED`, with a remark stating that only
the verification request
was accepted and the consumption outcome was not returned.
3. The PR description no longer claims ArchUnit coverage; it lists the
commands and counts actually
observed.
4. The direct-consume action is always rendered. Unsupported, loading,
failed, and stale capability
states keep it disabled with localized tooltips. Production decisions use
the server capability
response, and `instanceService.ts` no longer contains vendor capability
lists.
Verification: focused backend 116/116, full backend 3057 passed with 3
skipped, focused frontend
42/42, full frontend 1238/1238, frontend build and lint passed, Maven
package passed with 0
Checkstyle violations, and Prettier plus `git diff --check` passed.
