The new locale-aware call in the detail drawer is not covered by the added
test, which only checks the table cell. This leaves the second rendering path
free to regress independently (for example, back to the old Chinese-only
formatter) while the test still passes; open the group detail in English and
assert that its 消费延迟 field also renders `3s` and not `3秒`.
