### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes - Fixes #10830 ### Brief Description `ControllerConfig.getDLedgerAddress()` previously split peer entries at every hyphen, so a valid entry such as `n1-controller-backup-host:9879` was truncated to `controller`. Split each entry only at the first hyphen, validate the parsed pair before matching the local peer ID, and return the complete address. The regression test also covers a malformed entry and a non-matching peer before the matching hyphenated host.
