This prevents expired lite topics from remaining in "TopK by lag time" of `getLiteGroupInfo`. ### How Did You Test This Change? - Added a unit test `LiteConsumerLagCalculatorTest#testRemoveLagInfoByLmq`. - Updated `AbstractLiteLifecycleManagerTest` to verify that the lag info is removed when a lite topic is deleted. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
