### Before Creating the Enhancement Request - [x] I have confirmed that this should be classified as an enhancement rather than a bug/feature. ### Summary Avoid self-eviction when an exclusive LiteTopic client repeats a PARTIAL_ADD request. ### Motivation A request may succeed at the Broker but time out at the client.
