## What is the purpose of the change Preserve explicitly configured zero retry limits when creating Apache consumer groups. Omitted or null retry limits continue to default to 16. ## Brief changelog - Resolve default retry limits at the REST and MCP input boundaries. - Preserve explicit zero values in Apache consumer group creation and import. - Add regression coverage for zero, omitted, null, and positive values, including MCP preview consistency and existing-group updates. ## Verifying this change - `cd server && mvn -B -ntp -Dtest=ConsumerGroupControllerTest,RocketMQAdminClientImplTest,MetadataServiceTest,GroupMutationPlanTest,UpdateConsumerGroupSettingsDTOTest test` — 176 tests passed, with no Checkstyle violations. - `git diff --check` - Verified creation and import against a local RocketMQ Broker: zero remains zero, omitted/null values default to 16, positive values are preserved, and negative requests return HTTP 400. - Confirmed the Group settings page displays the saved zero retry limit. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
