### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #4034. ### Brief Description Add behavior-level regression coverage for the agent engine preference: the initial default, persistence across a store reload, and migration of a version-zero saved choice. The tests exercise the real browser storage path without changing runtime code. ### How Did You Test This Change? - `cd web && npm test -- src/stores/engineStore.test.ts`: 3 tests passed. - `cd web && npx tsc -b`: passed. - `cd web && npx eslint src/stores/engineStore.test.ts`: passed. - `cd web && npx prettier --check src/stores/engineStore.test.ts`: passed. - `git diff --check`: passed. The unchanged base's production build is currently blocked by the distribution-license gate described in #5084; that failure was reproduced while preparing #5172. This branch adds only a test file. ### AI assistance AI assistance was used to inspect the store's persistence contract and draft the reload and migration scenarios.
