### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #4040. ### Brief Description Cover Tencent cloud catalog HTTP requests with the real API client and a mock transport. The tests verify credential scoping for region requests, credential/region/search forwarding for instance requests, omission of the optional search parameter, and returned catalog data. ### How Did You Test This Change? - `cd web && npm test -- src/api/tencentCatalog.test.ts`: 3 tests passed. - `cd web && npx tsc -b`: passed. - `cd web && npx eslint src/api/tencentCatalog.test.ts`: passed. - `cd web && npx prettier --check src/api/tencentCatalog.test.ts`: passed. - `git diff --check`: passed. The unchanged base's production build is currently blocked by the distribution-license gate in #5084, reproduced while preparing #5172. This branch adds only a test file. ### AI assistance AI assistance was used to inspect the Tencent API contract and draft the request and response scenarios.
