## What is the purpose of the change DLQ exports currently decode arbitrary message bytes with Java's replacement behavior. Invalid UTF-8 is presented as altered text, and Excel exports do not retain the original bytes for those messages. ## Brief changelog - Decode DLQ bodies as UTF-8 strictly; keep `body` null for invalid text while preserving the existing `bodyBase64` bytes in JSON. - Add a `Body Base64` Excel column for bodies that cannot be decoded as text. - Cover malformed bytes and Excel round-tripping, and document the export contract. The extra Excel column is additive; consumers that assume a fixed eight-column layout should account for it. ## Verifying this change - `cd server && mvn -q -Dtest=DLQServiceTest,DLQControllerTest,RocketMQDLQProviderTest,DLQMessageExcelRowTest test` (87 passed). - `cd server && mvn -q -DskipTests compile` (passed). - `cd server && mvn -q -DskipTests checkstyle:check` (passed). - `git diff --check` (passed). - `cd server && mvn -q -DskipTests package` reaches the existing binary license gate and fails because bundled dependencies lack upstream license texts (#5085); a complete package build was not verified. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
