### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes
None — documentation accuracy fix found by inspection.
### Brief Description
README, README_zh and CONTRIBUTING all claim that `mvn test` runs ArchUnit
hexagonal-architecture checks ("ArchUnit enforced", "a violation fails the
build"). `server/pom.xml` declares `archunit-junit5`, but no `ArchRule`,
`@ArchTest`, `@AnalyzeClasses` or `ClassFileImporter` exists anywhere under
`server/src/test`, so no architecture check ever runs today. The docs now state
the current reality: the layering is enforced through review, and the
dependency is declared but not wired up. Wording is kept consistent between the
English and Chinese READMEs and CONTRIBUTING.
(`.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md` also carries a checklist line that
references the ArchUnit checks; it is left untouched here to keep this PR
docs-only — happy to follow up if wanted.)
Base is `rocketmq-studio` per CONTRIBUTING.md (the PR template's base
comment is outdated).
### How Did You Test This Change?
- `grep -ri archunit server/src` — no matches in any Java source; the only
reference is the dependency declaration in `server/pom.xml`.
- `grep -rn "ArchRule\|@ArchTest\|AnalyzeClasses\|ClassFileImporter"
server/src/test` — no matches.
- Documentation-only change; no build or tests affected. Markdown reviewed
in both languages for consistency.
### Checklist
