Fixes #11286
### Brief Description
Adds `StoreTypeTest` (store module, JUnit 4, mirroring neighboring store
tests), pinning `StoreType.fromString`'s tolerant parsing contract — the path
behind the `storeType` broker configuration used by `CombineConsumeQueueStore`:
- `null` / `""` / all-whitespace input → empty set
- plain values: `"default"` → `{DEFAULT}`, `"defaultRocksDB"` →
`{DEFAULT_ROCKSDB}`
- case-insensitive matching with per-segment trimming: `" DEFAULT ;
DefaultRocksDB "` → both
- duplicates deduplicated (`"default;default;DEFAULT"` → one element)
- empty segments skipped (`"default;;defaultRocksDB"` → both)
- unknown tokens dropped (`"default;unknown;foo_bar"` → `{DEFAULT}`)
- mixed input `" default ; DEFAULTROCKSDB;default;unknown;; "` → exactly the
two real values
- each enum constant's `getStoreType()` string round-trips
No production code changes.

`mvn -B -pl store -am -Dtest=StoreTypeTest
-Dsurefire.failIfNoSpecifiedTests=false test` → BUILD SUCCESS, `Tests run: 8,
