Rebased this PR onto current develop at 78b96bc5; head is now ce4a04a. The subscription ownership diff is unchanged and uses the current getLmqSet API. The targeted broker and registry tests had passed before rebase; a fresh reactor run is currently blocked by the same unrelated upstream uth generated-class compilation failure.
