Head commit for run: 78797b0b30f384c14979f47236e1fe91ce5b9864 / btlqql <[email protected]> fix(group): preview an offset reset for an offline group from the route examineConsumeStats answers CONSUMER_NOT_ONLINE as soon as a consumer group has no live consumer, and doPreviewResetOffset turned that into allowReset=false, so the confirm button stayed disabled for a stopped but backlogged group although resetOffsetNew - the API behind the button - applies the reset to offline groups from the topic route. Preview from the topic route in that case: enumerate the read queues from TopicRouteData, resolve each target offset with searchOffset, keep the committed consumer offsets (and the lag they would produce) unknown and warn about it. The other two isConsumerNotOnline conditions keep the previous empty preview.
