Head commit for run: adbe7008b06aee585705eb74eb13ecc23664c769 / btlqql <[email protected]> fix(web): localize the home dashboard failure alert and footer version web/src/pages/home/dashboard.tsx rendered its load-failure Alert with the hardcoded Chinese strings "仪表盘加载失败" / "无法获取集群概览…" and a literal 重试 button while the rest of the page uses t(); the home footer in web/src/pages/home/index.tsx ended a localized footer with a Chinese "当前版本 …" line. The alert now uses homeDashboard.loadFailed, homeDashboard.loadFailedDescription and the existing common.retry key, and the footer interpolates home.currentVersion with the build metadata. Test: web/src/pages/home/__tests__/HomeDashboardLocalization.test.tsx renders both surfaces in English (red on the unmodified tree, green after the fix).
