Head commit for run: d88f973ea261b35fd013878d93dab58465bdb0db / btlqql <[email protected]> feat(acl): export the ACL user inventory as CSV The users tab had no export surface, so an access review could only be transcribed from a 20-row paginated table. Add GET /api/acl/users/export, which streams the inventory as CSV (BOM header, text/csv, attachment disposition) with the masked access key and no secret-key column. The rows come from the same page query the users table reads, so the file matches the filtered view and no secret can leak; the walk is bounded by the 10,000-record export limit, which returns 400 beyond that. AclService is untouched; the web button the issue also asks for is a follow-up outside the files I own for this change. Test: AclControllerTest gains three cases (filtered masked export, multi-page walk, export bound). They fail with 404 before the endpoint exists and pass after; 192 tests across the acl package and the auth matrix stay green.
