CI update for `74895e424213535d45bc66fa6fbe487aba7ce94a` ([run 36996377032](https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/actions/runs/36996377032)): - Full backend/MySQL suite: 3,328 tests passed, no failures/errors/skips - Frontend: 1,386 tests across 147 files passed; lint and all 4 license-script tests passed - rmqctl: formatting, catalog verification, race tests, vet and supported-platform builds passed - Backend packaging fails at the binary-license gate on missing upstream LICENSE/COPYING materials, after Java compilation and Checkstyle pass - Frontend normal/Docker builds generate bundles but fail final artifact-license verification. The hash-order issue is separately tracked by #5019 The overall CI result is therefore failed.
