Starting the second mutation interleaved two modal lifecycles — both handlers close and reset the modal and reload the instance list on completion, so the loser's finally reloaded the list again and the modal was closed/reset under the still-pending winner. Make handleImportAll participate in the shared ref guard and reflect the cross-flight state on both footer buttons (导入 disabled while submitting, 连接 disabled while importing).
