fix(ai): keep concurrent conversation deletes independent

The history modal's remove() tracked its in-flight deletes by replacing
the whole deletingIds array: a row delete confirmed while a batch was
running overwrote the array, so the batch rows' spinners vanished and
their buttons re-enabled mid-request, and the batch's exit later
cleared the concurrent remove's spinner as well. Re-clicking a
re-enabled row re-POSTed deleteConversation for a conversation the
batch had already deleted, and the duplicate 404 was then reported as
a "partial failure" for conversations that were in fact deleted.

Merge into the in-flight set instead (the same pattern the sibling
toggleArchive uses for archivingIds): concurrent removes keep
independent spinners, this call's exit clears only the ids it owns,
and ids already queued by another in-flight remove are skipped so a
repeated confirmation never double-POSTs. The per-call result toast
and selection cleanup now report the ids that call actually attempted.
