A caller following the spec builds a request that can never succeed, and the registry CRUD that does work is not in the spec at all. Add the 4.11-style note to each of the five sections and point at the implemented endpoints (GET /api/nameservers and POST /api/nameservers/registry/{create,update,delete}).
