### CI attribution: `Backend Tests (Java 21)` failed on a pre-existing H2
flake

`ResourceOwnershipGuard` is not touched by this branch, and the same test
failed the same way on several other branches of this batch that also leave it
alone. It is the H2 concurrency defect already tracked as #5302.
Local evidence (clean checkout, same revision basis as this branch):

The other red job, `Backend Build (Java 21)`, fails in the

on a docs-only PR of this batch — so it is unrelated to this change too. The
