CI update for fec51ab0a5f9a95af97f947472f975a3752c2c1f: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/actions/runs/37117574159 is complete. All 3,332 backend tests passed, including the application/database tests previously unrun locally, the 10 new encoding tests and the 30 existing notification tests. Frontend tests passed (147 files / 1,386 tests, plus 4 license-script unit tests). Go race, catalog, vet and six-platform builds passed. The aggregate workflow remains red only at existing packaging gates: backend dependency LICENSE/COPYING verification (#5085), and frontend plus frontend-Docker artifact-hash verification (#5018).
