Add section 17 with the request parameters, the LiteTopicItem / LiteTopicSession / LiteTopicQuota / capability response shapes and the error cases of each endpoint, plus the five quick-reference rows. The extendTTL body includes the instanceId the DTO requires and the ownership-guard 404 / 409 cases.
