Paging, filtering, switching instance or reloading after a delete therefore kept rendering the previous rows as if they were current until the next response arrived, and a failed reload left them on screen. Set the flag inside each loader before the request starts. Regression tests hold the second request open and assert the rule table spinner and the alert loading card.
