### What
`LlmGatewayException` — the typed failure of the LLM gateway path — had no
test. This adds `LlmGatewayExceptionTest` with 4 tests.
### What is pinned
- the message-only constructor **defaults to 502 `llm.gateway_error`** —
that code is what the AI layer recognises as a gateway-level problem rather
than a provider verdict;
- the cause overload keeps the gateway defaults and chains the cause;
- a typed failure carries its own status code, machine code and hint;
- the full constructor chains the cause alongside the code.
### Verification
- New tests on unmodified code: **4/4 green**, checkstyle clean (`mvn test
-Dtest=LlmGatewayExceptionTest`).
- Discriminating mutations on `LlmGatewayException`, build result verified
red each time:
1. the convenience default code changed — red;
2. the cause chain dropped from the overload — red;
3. the typed status code hardcoded to 502 so a 429 rate limit reads as a
gateway fault — red.
- Restored: 4/4 green. Test-only change; no product code touched.
