Head commit for run: 724ab679239241dda51bb53fff5b5bbc778fb493 / unbridled-41 <[email protected]> fix(metrics): render DLQ resends as the 1-minute count the panel promises The bundled "RocketMQ DLQ & Retry" dashboard draws the "DLQ Resend Count (1m)" panel - unit "short", i.e. a count - from rate(rocketmq_dlq_resend_count{cluster="$cluster"}[1m]) rate() returns the average increase per second, so the panel shows resends per second, 60x below the per-minute count its title and unit advertise. An operator reading "3" is looking at 3 resends/second (180/minute), not 3 resends in the window. The sibling panel in the same bundle, "Reject Count (1m)", already uses increase(rocketmq_threadpool_reject_count{...}[1m]). Fix: increase(rocketmq_dlq_resend_count{cluster="$cluster"}[1m]) in the generator, with the checked-in dashboard JSON regenerated from it. Tested: server/scripts/test_gen_grafana_dashboards.py reads the shipped dashboard JSON (red on rate(), green after) and pins it against the generator spec, so reverting either copy alone goes red; regenerating all 12 dashboards reproduces the checked-in resources byte for byte.
