### Before Creating the Bug Report - [x] Searched formatTimeMs, formatRelativeTime and timestamp range reports. #5231 adds a separate message timestamp formatter and does not fix these existing helpers. ### Studio Version rocketmq-studio@c99b9ad50b79467546997e51f3401d57ceebea5f. ### Describe the Bug The numeric guards accept finite values outside JavaScript Date's representable range. formatTimeMs(8640000000000001) renders '-.NaN'. formatRelativeTime(-8640000000000001, 'en', translator, Date.now()) throws RangeError when Intl formats the invalid Date; a future out-of-range value is incorrectly presented as just now. These helpers should return the existing '-' placeholder for unusable dates. ### Expected Behavior Validate the constructed Date, including the reference clock for relative formatting, before formatting or applying relative-time shortcuts. Preserve valid boundary values and ordinary timestamps. ### Verification Plan Regressions at and just outside both Date boundaries, maximum finite values, and an out-of-range relative reference clock. ### Are You Willing to Submit a Pull Request?
