### What `UpdateAclRuleDTO` carries an ACL rule update. It had no test. This adds 4 tests. ### What is pinned - **a numeric rule id round-trips as a `Long`**, with surrounding whitespace tolerated; - **a non-numeric or blank id maps to `null`** rather than throwing — the string id is display-side only; - `toAclRuleVO()` **carries every field**; - the identity fields (`id`, `principal`, `resource`) are required. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **4/4 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the id trim dropped (red). - Restored: 4/4 green.
