Five tests pin: exit 0 within the budget means available; a non-zero exit means unavailable; a timed-out probe is destroyed forcibly and reported unavailable; an I/O failure means unavailable; an interrupt restores the thread's interrupt flag and means unavailable. The available case also pins that the isolated environment is applied to the exact builder that starts, with stderr merged into stdout. Discriminating mutations (build result verified): the exit-code check dropped from the result (red). Restored: 5/5 green.
