### What `DLQResendSelectedRequestDTO` carries a resend of selected dead-letter messages. It had no test. This adds 5 tests. ### What is pinned - the **instance and the group are required**; - **at least one and at most 100 message ids** are allowed per resend; - **a blank id inside the list fails the whole request** — the `List<@NotBlank String>` container-element constraint, not just a list-level check; - a target topic is optional. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **5/5 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the size cap raised by one (red). - Restored: 5/5 green.
