### What `ResetConsumerOffsetDTO` carries a consumer offset reset. It had no test. This adds 3 tests. ### What is pinned - a valid request passes untouched; - **every field of the reset key** (instance, group name, topic) is required; - the **reset timestamp must be present and strictly positive** — zero and negative are rejected. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the timestamp constraint drifted (red). - Restored: 3/3 green.
