### What `CreateInstanceDTO` carries an instance registration. It had no test. This adds 2 tests. ### What is pinned - **`toInstanceVO()` carries every field of the form**, including the cloud routing fields (vendor, cloud instance id, credential reference, region); - a minimal create carries only the core fields, leaving the cloud routing fields `null`. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the endpoint mapping replaced with a constant (red). - Restored: 2/2 green.
