## Why The traffic-insights findings line joins the label and the issues with hard-coded CJK punctuation (`：` and `、`), so an English-locale operator reads "Traffic signals to review：Idle cluster、Unhealthy traffic". Every other joined list on this surface (e.g. the instance batch-delete toasts) switches separators by `lang`. ## What changed - `web/src/pages/home/DashboardTrafficInsights.tsx`: the findings Alert now uses locale-aware separators (`：`/`、` in zh, `: `/`; ` otherwise). ## Validation - New regression test in `DashboardTrafficInsights.test.tsx`: with `en` locale and two findings, the alert contains `; ` and no CJK punctuation.
