### What `BrokerVO` is the broker row the cluster view renders. It had no test. This adds 4 tests. ### What is pinned - **every field round-trips through the builder** (identity, version, status, disk usage, TPS and the daily counters); - **a built broker defaults to `runtimeStatsAvailable = true`** — a broker is presumed to expose runtime statistics until the producer says otherwise; - an empty broker reports zeroed counters, and a broker without runtime statistics can be flagged. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **4/4 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the builder default flipped to `false` (red). - Restored: 4/4 green.
