Three tests pin: the instance id and at least one topic are required; at most 100 topics are allowed per import (100 valid, 101 rejected); and the validation cascades into each topic entry, so a blank topic name inside the list fails the whole request. Discriminating mutations (build result verified): the size cap raised by one (red). Restored: 3/3 green.
