### What `MessageQueryByTopicInput` — the topic-scoped message query shape — had no test. This adds 3 tests. ### What is pinned - **the resultLimit clamping**: an unspecified limit defaults to **20**, an explicit limit below the cap passes through, and a limit above the cap is clamped to **100** — the resource guard that keeps a model-issued query from pulling an entire topic. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the cap dropped (red). - Restored: 3/3 green.
