### What `LiteTopicTTLUpdateDTO` carries a lite topic TTL update. It had no test. This adds 3 tests. ### What is pinned - a valid request passes untouched; - the **instance and the topic pattern are required**; - the **new TTL must be present and strictly positive** — zero and negative are rejected. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the TTL constraint message drifted (red). - Restored: 3/3 green.
